How does it work?

You can use your IATA code or send your request for registration. You will immediately receive your own access code. You will also receive a commission for each reservation made on behalf of your clients.

Here are the steps you should follow when making a reservation:

  • Access our website Web www.solmeliacuba.com and enter your code from any of our pages (Beginning, Destinations and Hotels) in order to obtain the availability requested, based on the parameters specified. You can also click the "See Availability" button from anywhere in the website, which will open a new window where you must enter your Access Code or IATA Code
  • The data provided by your agency shall be automatically loaded in the reservations window. Next, enter your clients data and details about the reservation
  • Once your client's credit card information has been entered (which will serve as a warranty of the booking process) you will receive immediate confirmation of your reservation, including details regarding your commission. Clients will pay the amount indicated upon their arrival at the hotel and your commission shall be transferred to your bank account during the first 10 days of the following month, together with information about your bank account status
