  truly a relaxing resort

Anónimo, CZ, 2007-06-20
We stayed at Princesa del Mar 9 days and were more than absolutely satisfied.
Great variety of food, including sea food, delicious deserts. Choice of a la carte restaurants ( definitely go to check the french one ).
Pleasant music all over the place, helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel is right on the beach, clear water with a beach bar opened till 5pm.
Rooms are spacious and very clean. Pleasant room amenities.
We will definitely come back again!

  Great Resort

Anónimo, BA, 2007-06-20
We stayed at the Paradisus Princesa in April 2007 and had a great time we are in our early 30's and thought this was a great resort to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather.

The food was great, the rooms were great and service was by far the best I have experienced.

I would recommed this resort to couples, families, or those who need a break from life :)

We will be back in the fall!

  The Perfect Relaxation Vacation

Anónimo, CA, 2007-06-20
The Paradisus Princesa del Mar was everything I hoped to find. I travelled alone and wanted one week to myself - no schedules to follow; no squalling kids or parents to spoil the peace and harmony; a good gym; and good food. The staff were excellent - warm and friendly. My suite was spacious and clean, overlooking the gardens and the ocean. The buffet restaurants were good - although I avoided the cooked vegetables. The Cubans seem to cook the life out of vegetables! The salad bar was fresh; the omelette/egg station was great; desserts looked good (although I never ate them) and the wine was plentiful and good. The a la carte restaurants were excellent. My suggestion is to book your eating times for the entire stay early on - otherwise, you may find you cannot get a reservation for the day
you wish. Try them all! I was impressed with the food, the wine and the service. Evening entertainment was very good - don't miss the gymnastic display in the courtyard - or the water ballet. You'll be surprised at the quality of these events. I did not do any side trips, other than an excursion one evening to the Casa de la Musica to hear the fellows in the band play in town. That was an interesting
and fun adventure. Next time, I'll book a minimum of 10 days and do some side trips. Some people found the pools a bit cool; I found them
satisfactory and refreshing. The ocean was lovely and the beach was clean. The staff do appreciate some tipping. I took gifts for the
Room Attendant (Mary) and she was very appreciative. Julian, a drink server in the entertainment square, was top notch. Andy and Eugene, in the band were great guys and very friendly to visit.
