Our second visit to this hotel, the staff are really friendly+helpful the holet was suffering from some shortages with only limited drinks at times.the food was better this year although personly i perfer more taste i.e.spicey food, there was some reports of things going missing from rooms,we lost all our biros, others more serious items.the gorund fo the hotel were tended by a group of very busy men who always had time to greet you+try their english.overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to go back in acouple of years time to see the friend we made at the holtel.the rumshack, kwown as the cuban bar was the area to make friends as it is so relaxed.

what a beautiful beach, ranks up there with the mayan riviera in mexico. Food was ok nothing special, international restaurant was really good.We went to the cuban restaurant on our last nnight and it was o.k..Entertainment was alright ,they do their best , Bars were good not much premium liquor but ok.
Hotel grounds need some upgrading, but you have to remember is between a 3.5 to a 4 star
Overall a great 20th aniversary trip with great weather, great staff, and made great friends
