The magnificence of French cuisine, with its proverbial refinement, novelty and mouth-watering delicacies can be savored at the Meliá Cohiba Hotel in Havana from March 22nd -24th. On this occasion, the El Abanico fusion restaurant will host the French Cuisine Festival, as part of a series of gastronomic-cultural events organized in the hotel. This French weekend will be offered by Pierre Lheureux, head-chef of the Tryp Habana Libre Hotel and Herve Georges, head-patissier of the Meliá Cohiba Hotel.
