Yamir Pelegrino, maitre of the Tryp Habana Libre Hotel recently won his second Gourmand World Cook Award with his book “Cono100do el Vino” (Getting to Know Wine). The announcement was made in Beijing, China at the beginning of April. On this occasion, there was a tie in first place in the category of Best Wine Education Book.
Pelegrino had previously won with his book Mi Pasión Gourmet (My Gourmet Passion) in the category of Best Wine Education Book.
