Mexican flavors at Meliá Cohiba

Once again El Abanico fusion restaurant will be host to the traditional Mexican Culinary Week at the elegant Meliá Cohiba Hotel. Thanks to an ongoing collaboration with Paradisus Riviera Maya in Cancun, Mexican Chef Samuel Tez Caamal will be in charge of preparing the mouth-watering specialties which can be sampled at this culinary festival.
The Mexican Culinary Week will take place during September 14 to 23.
